Denny arrived with his crew on time and walked me through everything they planned on doing. They were empathetic to the situation and explained the entire process. They proceeded with care and caution as they extracted the water, removed baseboards, and prepped the house for the “dry-out”. He brought the appropriate equipment with large commercial dehumidifiers and turbo blowers to dry out the carpet, the drywall, and the ceilings. He was most thorough taking moisture detection readings and photographic evidence. It is one thing to be knowledgeable, but Denny ensures that he provides the best service possible.
